Teresa Kirkwood – Learning Strategist, Speaker, and Writer

Teresa Kirkwood is President and founder of Learning Source Inc the e-learning division of CentralKnowledge. She brings over 18 years of industry and training experience, and is recognized for her experience in helping companies implement training evaluation and ROI strategies, training of new trainers and subject experts, and supporting those with responsibilities for managing the training function. Teresa is also founder and partner in Centralknowledge. She is published author writing for several major HR and training publications and books. She is government accredited and delivers learning programs educational and business institutions. Teresa is exceptionally involved in community activities including mentoring business start-ups for youth and regularly speaks for women entrepreneurial groups. She was nominated for the Ernst & Young/Canadian Business of the Year award and is regularly interviewed by business and news media appearing in newspaper articles and radio broadcasts. Teresa is a founding member and Vice Chair of the Canadian Society for Training and Development (CSTD), Quebec chapter, help to establish the Quebec Training ROI Network, is a member of many CSTD development committees.
